We went to Ohiopyle on Sunday with mom and dad and Grandma and Grandpa Shenk. It was a HOT day so it was a perfect escape to the mountains!! The water was icy but it felt sooo good on the toes! Annaka loved her time there and the time spent with her Shenk grandparents. We ate a picnic lunch, gave our toes a dip in the Youghiogheny, walked on the bike path, and ate ice cream. Annaka did all of the above as well....she especially liked sampling everyone's ice cream (she just kept walking around the circle).
Here are some pictures of our fun!! Annaka loves the water and I was happy to see that she loved the river as well....this was her first time visiting such a big river!
